Arrive at 4pm.
6 pm Star Ferry across Hong Kong Harbor to Kowloon side. Takes 8 minutes, costs about 40 cents.
7:15 pm Dinner at Felix restaurant on the 28th floor of the Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong. Philippe Starck designed the spacious dining room which features 360-degree views of the Harbor.

The food is reliable upscale cusine - seared tuna, truffle rissoto, miso cod (below) - very similar to menus in Miami and New York but quite good, we missed the bargain $44 early dinner (only available before 7pm) but manage not to break our budget though it's a pricey place to dine. The views and people watching are worth checking it out.

9:30 Ferry back to Hong Kong Island to sleepy sleep.
