Chef Gerdy Rodriguez of 1 Bleu demonstrates how to make edible cocktails. I've had the edible pina colada and it's a fun palate cleanser (with a buzz!). Love the pineapple granita.
I really wanted to see this poor guy make these cocktails, but the two people next to him just wouldn't shut up. Maybe he can do another shoot but without them. I barely made it past the first minute

That's par for the course on morning talk shows. I actually think this chef was pretty gracious about the whole thing.
