Joley's summer happy hour is a full-fledged five-day a week mini-party. Kick back at the pseudo-speakeasy Hotel Astor bar as nattily-attired mixologists whip up two-for-one inventive cocktails like pomegranate and acai-tinis while you graze on gratis grub like truffle fries and meatballs.
