Domo Japones held a splendid opening party last night. Lots of little plates of impeccable sushi and Japanese treats were available. The crowd was urbane and charming and the champagne was a'flowin. No less than four sushi chefs were constantly churning out delectable rolls like the "Italiano" made with marinated red pepper, avocado and tuna.
