Grilled mahi-mahi with coconut rice and string beans at Cafe Maurice. Sure, it's not technically a French dish, but the restaurant is fun, they have other authentically French fare, it's inexpensive and I always have a great time there. A bottle of house Beaujolais is all of $15. Yep, 15 American dollars. It's the kind of place you'd expect Edith Piaf to frequent...if she lived in South Beach.
