Feeling Crepey


I'm in the mood for crepes. Light, fluffy, spongy, lovely crepes. Kind of like this dish of pear brown butter crepes with pistachio ice cream that I recently devoured at Joley at the Hotel Astor.

    Ever tried A La Folie on Espanola Way? I like the crepes there. Sandwiches are good too.
